The Carbide Flat Barrel (Coarse) is a powerful removal drill bit designed for fast, smooth debulking and product removal with the HONA ProFile e-file. Featuring a flat top for full visibility and even grit throughout the entire barrel, it gives nail techs precision, control, and efficiency when removing bulk or smoothing enhancements. Available in coarse and extra coarse options, it’s ideal for tackling hard gel, acrylic, and other tough products with ease.

How to Use:

  1. Insert into your e-file handpiece and lock into place.
  2. Operate at 22–26 RPM for efficient removal and refinement.
  3. Use controlled, steady movements across the surface of enhancements to remove bulk safely and smoothly.

To keep your Carbide Flat Barrel (Coarse) in top condition, clean and disinfect thoroughly between clients. Avoid dropping the bit or applying excessive pressure to maintain the integrity of the carbide cutting edges. Store in a dry, sanitised environment and replace after approx. 3–6 months or when signs of wear become visible.
